PRIVACY POLICY

How we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us through this website. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Pitch Perfect India (“we”, “us”), Office No 430, 4th Floor, Solitaire Business Hub, Opposite Ambience Hotel, Wakad, PCMC, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India. For anything in this policy, write to jeet@pitchperfectindia.com or call +91 88062 88042.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Enquiry forms. Your name, work email, phone number, company, role and anything you write in the message box, when you book a call, request a curriculum or register interest.
  • WhatsApp. If you use a “Send via WhatsApp” button or the chat widget, WhatsApp opens with your message filled in. What you then send reaches us through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms.
  • Technical data. Like every website, our server records basic request data (IP address, browser, pages requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange the call you asked for and send the material you requested.
  • To scope, deliver and follow up on a programme you engage us for.
  • To keep the website secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Form submissions are emailed to our team and read only by the people who handle your enquiry. We share personal data only with the services that run this website and our email, under their own privacy terms, or where the law requires it.

Some pages load content from other services: fonts from Google Fonts, scripts from public content delivery networks, and videos from Vimeo. When those load, your browser connects to them directly and they may record that request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to three years after our last contact, so that we have the history if you come back to us. Client programme records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal and tax obligations require. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us. Write to jeet@pitchperfectindia.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

The website itself does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally so the site works as expected. If we add analytics in future, this policy will say so before it is switched on.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
