Selling Excellently™ is our method for complex B2B selling: ten modules covering the full arc of a deal, from creating opportunities through to closing and holding the account. Here it is used to establish one shared method across a team that currently has several.
Two days of core training, inside a three to six month engagement.
Live online as standard, with onsite delivery in Dubai on request. Most six-month engagements end up blended: onsite for kickoff and milestones, online for the monthly clinics.

A certified Selling Excellently™ trainer.
One shared way of selling across a team from many backgrounds.
Managers with a clear standard to coach towards.
Channel partners who sell better because your team equips them better.
Your team spans several nationalities and there is no shared method anyone could name.
Your strongest performers cannot explain what they do, and nobody has tried to extract it.
Revenue runs through distributors, agents or resellers you do not control.
You respond to tenders rather than shaping the specification beforehand.
Collection is effectively part of the sales job and nobody treats it as a sales skill.
Dubai’s economy was built on trade rather than oil. Pearling and re-export through Dubai Creek came first, the Creek was dredged in the 1960s to take larger vessels, Jebel Ali Port opened in 1979 and the free zone around it in 1985, the same year Emirates began flying.
Today wholesale and retail trade is the largest single contributor to GDP at around 22%, with financial and insurance activities at 14%, real estate at 11% and construction at 8%.
Three things follow. Much of the revenue moves through distributors, agents and free-zone intermediaries. A large share of big-ticket buying is tendered. And because Dubai hires from everywhere, the sales floor is assembled from several commercial cultures at once.
In most markets a sales team absorbs a common commercial culture by default. In Dubai that often fails.
One salesperson qualifies hard and early, because that is how they were trained. Another never qualifies, because in their previous market the relationship carried the deal. One discounts to open a conversation. Another will not discuss price until the third meeting. Each is being professionally consistent with what they learned. Together they can produce a sales function with no standard.
None of this shows on a pipeline report. It becomes visible the moment a manager tries to coach, because there is no agreed version of good to coach towards.
If you sat in on a first meeting run by two different people on your team, would you recognise the same company?
Your team’s job is to make someone else sell well, which is a different skill. The usual substitute is discount support and target pressure on the partner.
Government, semi-government and main-contractor buying runs through approval chains that take shape months before anything reaches you.
A salesperson who established terms and authority during the sale collects differently from one who closed on price.
Interviews across roles, win and loss review, distributor and channel review.
Sales Diagnostics →Selling Excellently™, delivered in English, customised to your product and channel.
Sales Training →Giving managers an agreed standard, the prerequisite for coaching a team hired from several markets.
Manager Coaching →Live coaching and AI-based practice, which matters where turnover is high.
Reinforcement →Distributor-originated opportunities and method consistency, baselined at diagnosis.
How we work →

Whether two salespeople now run the same first meeting, assessed at diagnosis and at month four.
Opportunities entered before a specification or tender was formalised.
Stakeholders mapped and met per account, against who actually signed.
Distributor-originated qualified opportunities.
Terms and payment process agreed at the point of sale.
Conversion from qualified opportunity to won.
Baselined before the programme begins. Targets agreed in writing.
Two salespeople run the same first meeting. Not identically, but recognisably: the same questions established, the same things written down, the same decision about whether to proceed. Until that exists a manager has nothing to coach towards and no way to tell a capability problem from a style difference.

Straight answers, including the ones where we tell you to buy elsewhere.
Live online as standard, with onsite on request. Over a six-month engagement most teams end up blended.
Dubai is well served by open-enrolment certified courses and by global franchise brands. We sit between them: a customised in-house programme with a diagnosis first and reinforcement after. If what you want is a public certified course, a KHDA-approved institute is the better buy and we will say so.
That is the argument for it. The issue is not that people differ, it is that there is no shared standard, so nothing is coachable.
Often yes, and in channel-led businesses it is where the return is largest.
When a deal is lost through a distributor, who on your side finds out why?
How much of your receivable ageing traces back to how the deal was originally agreed?
If those are uncomfortable to answer, twenty minutes on the phone is a reasonable place to start. If the gap is not capability, we will say so.
Book a 20-Minute Diagnostic CallYou tell us what you are seeing. We tell you what we would look at first, and whether training is likely to be the answer.
Your own data, and interviews with your salespeople and managers, separately.
Built on your deals, with measures and review points agreed in writing before anything starts.
Sales training in Dubai for multinational teams where every salesperson sells the way their last employer taught them. We give your team one shared method, your managers a standard to coach towards, and your channel partners better support.
